Localization Team is seeking an experienced Localization Business Analyst to help our Localization Operations team. In this role, you’ll guide localization business decision making process through gathering metrics and data from various sources, analyzing them, and providing insights.



In addition, you’ll handle all the budget, cost model update, invoicing, and financial side of our business unit. Lastly, you’ll create high quality decks, reports, and dashboards for the team.

Flexibility to work from our Palo Alto office on Tuesdays & Thursdays, and the entire team works from home 1 day per week!



What You’ll Do

Create function-relevant online dashboards, with little or no help from engineering, for our Localization Program Managers, Language Managers, and Management Team
Recommend strategic decisions to leadership based on analyzing data and providing business insights
Update our financial cost model to reflect the reality of our evolving business
Own and scale vendor financial reporting process
Enhance the process for both invoicing and data tracking
Perform analytics on raw data and provide regular insight & reports
Create highly polished decks for management with data pulled in from various sources



What You’ll Need

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 2 years of localization business analyst experience in high-tech industry on the client side
Proficient in SQL
Exceptional Excel / data management skills and creating reports
Experience presenting data visually and selling ideas to leadership
Experience handling budget and reporting
Passionate about subjects such as experimental design, data visualization, and statistical analysis techniques.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently and be able to chart direction of projects
Strong analytical and problem solving experience, coupled with excellent business judgment
Very detail-oriented, quality-focused and proactive • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders across businesses and leadership levels
Ability to learn new tools/systems quickly • Self-directed – you need to take initiative in tackling large problems head on

Bonus Points For

MBA degree
Experience in technology, management consulting, business intelligence, or investment banking sector
